Xavi Casas is the founder and CEO of SUBLIME PROJECTS, a consultancy firm specializing in industrialized architecture, construction innovation, and the development of modular solutions.
Before embarking on his business career, he was a professional race car driver—an experience where working under pressure, technical precision, planning, and continuous improvement shaped his approach to any project. That background instilled in him a methodology rooted in discipline, analytical skills, decision-making, and a constant drive for peak performance.
Today, he applies that same philosophy to the industrialized construction sector. Every project is approached with a technical and strategic vision, identifying the most efficient, competitive, and sustainable construction system for each client.
His goal is to drive a new way of building, where innovation, quality, and efficiency serve as the pillars of every project.
