Montferrer is a project developed entirely by Sublime Projects, from the design and manufacture of the house to the overall coordination of the entire process. The house is based on the ETNA model, designed and manufactured by Sublime Projects, a contemporary and elegant modular architectural concept created to offer the highest standards of quality, comfort, and integration with its surroundings.
The civil works, excavation, foundations, swimming pool and final assembly of the house were carried out by Sublime Works, which reinforces a way of working based on total control of the project and excellence in every detail.
Montferrer reflects Sublime’s vision: to create unique spaces through precise, efficient, and honestly contemporary architecture.
